Heading into Seattle

This is the Admiralty Head Lighthouse at Fort Casey.
So pretty and it was closed.
And my one shot of the space needle flying down the road.
I have to point out that driving in Seattle is worse than
driving in New York City.
Seriously.
NYC is laid out in a grid, Seattle is chaos.
We made it to Pikes Market but they were not tossing fish about.
Which was a bummer.
And there wares are very enticing and delicious.
Had a lovely lunch at 3 Sisters bakery.
The clam chowder was divine.

We had a date with the grandkids at Seattle Aquarium.
We had a great time.
They were game for anything and was really
interested in everything.
The puffins were fun and they are fast swimmers.
 And this adorable otter
was floating on his back and rubbing his head.
Sort of like giving himself a shampoo.
He was very popular.

Great pics and that lighthouse is so beautiful and ornate! Bummer it wasn't open. I love Seattle but haven't been there in many years. Need to go back!
