The Murphy Traditional Thanksgiving is at our house this year.
WOOHOO!!!
Finally.
Anyway, getting ready for 20 people began with lists.
Lots of lists.
Do you know how long its been since I've done a turkey?
Like forever.
No pressure there.
Tom the turkey is thawing as we speak.
Stuffing.
Yeah you'd think it be cut and dry
but noooooooo....
Traditional, Corn bread, Chestnut to name a few.
Then to STUFF or NOT to STUFF.
SIDES.........
DESSERTS.........
PICK-ONS........ hor duerves
for those of you not speaking Murphy.
DRINKS......ICE.....
I YI YI
OH MY....
And then there's the pressure of competing with sister-in-laws
that make all that look EASY and I can tell you
they NEVER broke a sweat.
The only reason I'm sweating is because its hot.
;)
Anyway it appears my mojo has done got up and gone.
I'll be back......
I hope.

Lynn, bless you, I cannot imagine making a full Thanksgiving meal for a handful of people, much less 20! I bet you pulled it off looking like you didn't break a sweat! ;-)
