Acetate embellishments

Just a bit of a cluster going on and you can
see the acetate asterisks (say that 3 times fast) and triangles
sprinkled all over the page.
In fact, I may have used the entire pack as they've
been the stash for a long time.
The paper came this way which is totally
fun as I didn't need to use the packaging technique
that for some reason has been a disaster for me.
Love this photo.
Sleeping with her bestie.
She's a hot mess.
LOL.

Clusters

Love clusters and I'm really getting into them.
This first one has that adorable bunny
peeking out - thanks to Soaphouse Mama for her
DIY embellishment class.
Then this fun cluster is a mix of a heart punch,
enamel dots, sequins and mists.
Which I did twice.
This is a fun sequence of photos.
Amelia playing hungry hippo (thanks April-I didn't catch that)
with a doll, a sock monkey and her muttling August.
Love that she's helping his paw push his hippo. LOL.
Doesn't get any better than that.
Studio Calico, Recollections.
Did some stitching because it just needed that extra something.

Mushy titles...

I have never been one to do mushy titles except every now and then
and what I think is mushy may not be to someone else.
I have no idea except to say that I don't feel built that way.
I'm more of a show I care through humor type of gal.
Which is kind of silly really.
Because I LOVE mush. I really do.
However, every now and then.......I get that bolt of lightening.
and Shazam.
A Mushy Title is perfect.
Of course since I don't do much mushy I had to look it up in my title book.
Because my first instinct was August photobomb. LOL!!
However, the two, well okay three, of them together just melted my heart.
Some of this is the August Studio Calico kit and the
rest is Studio Calico either from other kits or Hobby Lobby with a
couple of die cuts and punches thrown in for fun.

Using a hashtag in your title

OR a number sign.
Depends on what era you're coming from.
Jill rocks the hashtags so I thought I'd take one out of her book and
make the title a hashtag.
Love how it turned out because totally they could be #to be partners in crime.
Yup. They totally look up to no good.
I have to hand it to August (the dog) she does look a bit more innocent.
Amelia is looking like the ringleader.
Just sayin.............

Anyhoo, Studio Calico, Recollections, twine.
Nothing tricky except for some layering going on
with some mists.
Love how fun it turned out.

Family pets are people too

The latest addition to my kidlets family.
August the Vizsla.
He's very pretty and photogenic.
So of course he gets his own page in the family album.
I want to pet him and keep him and love him.

Do any of you remember Auggie Doggy and Doggy Daddy cartoon?
Yeah me too, only I remember it from TV Land.
They debuted on the Quick Draw McGraw show and although
they were dauschands it still applies because
its all about the name.

I have a mix of papers going on - Studio Calico, stamps, punches, and thickers.
I stamped and used watercolors over the area as well as Heidi Swapp mists.
Layered papers - I love layered papers and some Scotch waship tape.
