Documenting the Instagram top Nine

How fun was that to do!!

Love the clever things they come up with 

and what's more fun it's to 

document it on a scrapbook page.

 Rolled with 6x12 size - because I love it

and I had the B side available

in the page protector.

What better reasons than that?

So I took a screenshot which covers 

 the journaling.

I need to make a note to use Instagram more

but frankly it's almost an after thought.

Plopped the matted photo on an oversized banner

with an oversize title

 and

minimal embellishments.

Totally love 6x12 size

And I don't do as often as I used to.

I'm not sure why.

Did a bunch of layering with mats

as well as clustering.

It uses alot of leftovers and stash

that I had forever.

Love it.

 I never thought I'd ever work in that Big City

chipboard piece.

And finally.................

It works very well in this little cluster.

 And a tiny littly cluster bottom left

that is needed for balance.

It looked plain so I drew lines around the page with

little scribbles going on.

It's actually a very good size for a 4x4 photo.

Instagram photo love

Instagram seems to be the rage

and I don't blame it.

It's fun - a place to put your pix and look

at others you are following and honestly, its

sometimes easier to snap off a photo from your phone

than carry around a big camera.

Its another way to get copious amounts of grandkids photos too.

 Only two clusters were basically created for this page

which is 8.5x11.

I loved all the adorable embellishments and I just

happened to have a bird punch on my desk and leftover pink paper

so there they are - adding interest flapping about.

My pal April helped with the title - as my brain just

went ka-blooey. 

It happens from time to time.

The colors of these papers totally worked with the colors in the photo.

I really like that look every now and then.

This is ALL Basic Grey - including the alphas which

are really really old stash.

Oh and the twine is sew easy.

This is a title + photo that'll make you sing...

In your best Mighty Mouse voice.

HERE I COME TO SAVE THE DAY!!!

Miss Amelia as her alter ego HulkSmash, sortof like

dressed as Capt. America.

She also knows how to rock a faser.

I have really lost track of superheroes and I obviously

need to bone up. This is serious stuff.

When I saw the photo I knew

what my title would be immediately.

You just can't help it. I know I couldn't.

And I couldn't wait to scrap it - and this paper just bounced

into my hand - it was green. 

It made the photo POP.

And then I saw the "life is beautiful" paper and I 

knew I just had to reconcile the green

and black in my head.

Why? 

I don't know.

It seemed weird which is weird because the coolest

Halloween papers are black and green.

However, I think I used every

green thing I had regardless of shade or tone.

And didn't it work.

Well it worked for me LOL!!!
